Services Compared
Depending on what the client prefers, we are in a position to offer both Head Contractor and Project Management services. We are also able to tailor an agreement to have elements of both of these approaches.
Head Contractor
The traditional agreement between builder and client. We manage and oversee the construction works and we contract with sub-contractors. We provide a fixed ‘lump sum price’ to the client.
Project Management
This fee-based service allows us to manage a project with regard to time and cost. We supervise the site and construction and procure sub-contractors. The client directly contracts with recommended sub-contractors.
Turnkey / Design and Construction
For residential projects, we can provide a design and construct service if a client also requires an initial concept or detailed design works. We source appropriate architects and design consultants to detail the project’s requirements and then we proceed with construction works.
